LYONS, New Jersey – The Veterans Affairs Community Living Center at Lyons, New Jersey has improved its overall ratings in the latest assessment.
The CLC is a nursing home for Veterans.
The greatest rating improvement was in staffing level. Some of the performance measures that remained consistent with previous reports have been attributed to administrative procedures. Ongoing improvements in those reporting practices are expected to result in a more accurate reflection of the quality of patient care.
