Our administrative hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  Emergencies are seen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Review our visiting hours and policies page for visitor hours.

  • If you would like to schedule, change, or cancel a PRIMARY CARE appointment, press 1.
  • If you would like to speak with someone about your medication refills, check the status of your prescription, or speak to a pharmacist, press 2.
  • If you would like to speak with a nurse or request medical information, press 3.
